Refunds
At Chivalry Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
